Preliminary Process

Eligibility requirements and review timelines

We accept initial communications exclusively from 501(c)(3) organizations or recognized public entities operating within our focus areas. Submissions should clearly outline the scope of the proposed community program, anticipated measurable impacts, and the specific role of foundation support in realizing the initiative.

Our trustees review incoming correspondence on a quarterly basis. Due to the volume of submissions, we prioritize initiatives demonstrating direct community participation, clear operational capacity, and alignment with our commitment to practical civic stewardship.
